Casa Sueño Azul is a two-story 5-bedroom home, located just steps away from a gorgeous white sand beach and the 5-star JW Marriott hotel, one of the most prestigious beach resorts in the country.  This gated community boasts a 4,500-acre property with golf course, an Equestrian Center, beautiful scenarios, a 3-mile coastline, and a Beach Club, you can be here from San José in just a 45-minute plane ride plus a 20-minute drive.  The nearest international airport is only an hour away (Daniel Oduver Airport in Liberia).

The house´s design ensures comfort by locating the main social area (kitchen, living room, and dining room) and bedrooms on the first floor; leaving the second floor for the spacious entertainment room, and its beautiful terrace on the second floor to enjoy the amazing views and sunsets.

This comfortable Colonial Style home sleeps 10 people, which includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom also with a king bed, two guest bedrooms with one queen bed, and the last guest bedroom with two queen beds. The master suite opens into a terrace with a hammock and pool view and is equipped with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The other 4 bedrooms share two full bathrooms.

The unit has a Spanish Colonial Architectural Design (exterior and interior) and lush tropical gardens all around.
